Suma Gear Industries

Suma Gear Industries is found on Kalanagar Road in the Kammagodanahalli neighborhood. We are under the Jalahalli West Post jurisdiction. The shop is where we make and fix gears for various machines. Because of the nature of the work, the whole place smells like machine oil and there is usually some grease on the floor. It is just a part of the trade. We have a few old machines that we use for the heavy work, and they make a steady humming sound all day. Kalanagar Road is a typical street in this part of Bangalore, with plenty of traffic and people going about their business. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you will likely see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a lathe or some other tool. Kammagodanahalli has grown a lot over the years, and there are more shops around us now than when we first started. We mostly deal with local workshops and people who need specific gear parts made. We don't do much in the way of marketing or promotion. Most people find us because they were told about us by someone else or they just saw the shop while passing by. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office part of the building is just a small corner where we keep the books and the phone. It is simple and gets the job done.
