Sugama Enterprises & Travel Agencies is based out of Sri Vinayaka Nilaya at number 2 in Yeshwantpur. If you’ve ever had to catch a bus or plan a trip around here, you probably know where we are. We aren't some fancy online travel portal with a thousand employees. We are a local agency that helps people get from point A to point B. The office is usually filled with people asking about bus timings, ticket prices, and routes. It can get pretty crowded, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go home to their villages or take a vacation. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't want to deal with themselves. There are stacks of registers and schedules all over the place. We’ve been in Yeshwantpur for a long time, so we’ve seen the railway station and the markets grow and change. The staff here knows the bus routes by heart and we spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is on schedule. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes things go wrong, like a bus breaking down or a delay in traffic, and we have to fix it.
