You can find Sugal Tourism Development Pvt Ltd over at 17, E.V. Lane in Thigalarpet. We are right near the S.P. Road Cross, which is probably one of the most crowded spots in all of Bangalore. If you have ever tried to drive through here, you know what I am talking about. It is loud, dusty, and always moving. Our office is right in the middle of that chaos. We have been operating from this building for years. It is a bit of an older structure, but it serves us well. Most of our time is spent managing bookings and talking to drivers. There is always someone coming in to ask about a route or a price. We do not have any brochures that look like they belong in a magazine. Our stuff is mostly handwritten notes and printed sheets. The air in the office is usually thick with the smell of tea and old paper. We don't try to sound like a big company because we are not. We are just people who know the roads and the city. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is so much happening outside. It is a bit of a squeeze in the office when everyone is here at once. We just do the best we can with the space we have. It is an honest living in a very busy part of town. The stairs are narrow but we are used to them now.
