Sudhanvha Industries

Our place, Sudhanvha Industries, is located over on Paud Road in Herohalli. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of town, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The building is 65/18, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. The space is filled with parts and bits of metal. It gets a bit dusty in the summer when the wind blows through the open doors. We don’t have air conditioning, just some big fans that move the air around. It works well enough most of the time. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing. We eat lunch together in the small break room and talk about whatever is on the news. There’s a lot of manual work involved in what we do here. Sometimes we stay late if a big job needs finishing, but usually, we’re out by six. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors. It’s just a normal workplace. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all help each other out if someone needs a tool or an extra hand. It’s not a high-tech facility, but we have what we need to do the job properly. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
