You can find us at 784, 15th Cross, situated between the 35th and 36th Main on the 100 Feet Ring Road in J.P. Nagar. Being in the 1st Phase of this area means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of Bangalore. We work with energy systems, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make things more efficient for our customers. The office isn't much to look at—just a functional space with some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. The traffic on the Ring Road is almost always heavy, so we have to plan our days carefully if we need to visit a site. We aren't big on corporate jargon or fancy presentations. We usually just sit down with a cup of coffee and explain things in a way that makes sense. Many of us have lived in Bangalore for our whole lives, so we've seen how much the city has changed over the years. We like being part of the local business scene here in J.P. Nagar. It feels like a real neighborhood even though it's so busy. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done by the end of the week. It’s a practical, straightforward way of running a business, and it seems to work well for us. Sometimes it gets stressful with deadlines, but that’s normal.
