Our place is located in Banashankari 3rd Stage, right on the 3rd Cross of Banasawadi Main Road. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if it’s your first time coming here, but once you’re here, it’s easy enough. We focus on wellness and helping people feel a bit better about themselves in their daily lives. The space is simple and clean, but it’s definitely not a fancy spa with waterfalls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical place where we get to work. Most days are filled with appointments and talking to people about their health goals. We have some equipment and a few rooms for different sessions. It’s usually just a couple of us working here at any given time. We aren't a big corporate gym or a national franchise. We’re just a local business trying to help out the people in our neighborhood. Sometimes the main road gets really loud with the buses and cars going by, but inside it’s usually calm enough to focus. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated programs. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which most of them are. It’s been a good experience running this place and meeting so many different people from the area. We just keep things moving one day at a time without much fuss or bother. We like keeping it simple and local for everyone.
