Our office is over in Ulsoor at 37/10. It’s an old part of town and we’ve been tucked away here for a good bit. Stus Gas Architect Pvt Ltd sounds a bit formal because of the "Pvt Ltd" part, but we’re really just a group of people drawing up plans. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we do. Ulsoor is always busy, so finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache some days. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and trying to figure out how to fit things into tight spaces. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and rulers. We don’t really do big presentations with projectors and stuff. Mostly, we just talk through the sketches and see what makes sense for the budget. Sometimes the drawings take longer than we think because the regulations change or someone changes their mind about a kitchen layout. We just take it as it comes. It's mostly quiet work, except when the phones start ringing. Being in Ulsoor means we're close to a lot of the projects we work on, which is handy. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so whoever is free usually answers the door. It’s just how we run things here. No big mystery to it, just keeping busy with the daily tasks of an architecture firm. We like the local vibe of the street and the way the neighborhood feels in the mornings.
