Stup Consultants is located in Rajaji Nagar. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore that has a bit of everything. We’ve been in this area for a good while now. The office is just a regular workspace. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or designer furniture. It’s mostly just old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. You can find good food and small shops just a short walk away. The traffic in Rajaji Nagar can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We try to start early to beat the rush. Our team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what's comfortable and get on with our jobs. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the project folders and blueprints, but we know where everything is. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but it works for us. We don’t really spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or long-time contacts. It's a simple setup and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. We keep a small stove for making tea and that's about the only luxury we have. It gets the job done and we are happy staying here in this part of the city. We like the local vibe.
