Our office at Stup Consultant Pvt Ltd is situated at A5/6 Domlur Main Road, inside the Golden Enclave. Being right near Manipal Hospital means there is always something happening outside. The sirens and the constant flow of people make it feel very alive. Inside the enclave, it’s a bit more settled, though our office is usually a hive of activity. We have desks piled with papers and various project files that we’ve been working on for months. It’s the kind of place where the coffee machine is the most important piece of equipment. We spend our days looking at figures and discussing different ways to solve the problems that come across our desks. The air conditioning sometimes makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve all grown used to it. We don't have fancy art on the walls, just some maps and calendars to keep track of everything. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. Getting to the office on Domlur Main Road can be a bit of a struggle during peak hours, so we all have our favorite shortcuts through the back lanes. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone tries to get through their to-do list before the day ends. We aren't much for corporate rituals; we just prefer to get the job done.
