Studio 312 Architects

We are located at B S K 2nd Stage, specifically on Lallubhai Park Road 312. Our name, Studio 312 Architects, actually comes from our address, so it’s pretty hard to forget where we are. We’re situated right there near the park, which is a nice part of the neighborhood to be in. The studio is a simple space where we handle all kinds of architectural design work. We’ve got our drafting tables and our computers set up to handle the technical drawings that people need. Being in B S K 2nd Stage means we’re surrounded by a lot of residential houses and local shops. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and trying to figure out how to fit everything a client wants into the space they have. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring. We don’t have a corporate feel here at all. It’s just a small group of us working on projects as they come in. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the park across the street is peaceful. We aren't big on fancy presentations; we just show people the drawings and explain how the building will look. It’s an honest way to work, and being right on Lallubhai Park Road makes it easy for locals to drop by. We just keep doing what we do, one project at a time, right here at number 312.
