Strakin Technologies Private Limited operates out of a flat in Sm Homes. We are in Flat No 002, which is part of No 1/3 on the Second Cross, 1st Main in Krishna Reddy Layout. This is over in the Banaswadi area of Bangalore, 560043. Working out of a flat is actually pretty comfortable. It feels more like a home than a cold corporate office. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea and a living room that we’ve turned into our main workspace for the team. It’s a quiet layout, which is great for when we need to focus on coding or planning. We aren't a big, flashy tech firm. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working on technical problems together. We don't have any polished slogans or mission statements. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings for us. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table, and other times we just work from the chairs in the corner. It’s a very relaxed environment, which helps us stay creative throughout the week. Banaswadi is a good place to be because it’s not as crazy as the city center, but it still has everything we need nearby. We like being in Krishna Reddy Layout because the neighbors are friendly and it feels safe. We just keep things simple, do our work, and try to stay out of the way. It’s a modest way to run a business.
