We are basically the ones who handle all the stuff coming in and out of the Army Institute Of Hotel Management And Catering here in Bangalore. Our office is right inside the institute grounds, zip code 560077. It is not exactly a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. Most days you will just find us checking lists, counting supplies, and making sure the kitchen and the classrooms have what they need to keep things running. It gets pretty busy around here because there are always students around and deliveries showing up at the gate. We have been at this location for a while now. The building itself is practical. Bangalore weather helps, though some afternoons get a bit warm when we are moving heavy crates around the stores. We do not spend a lot of time on the computer unless we have to update the inventory logs. Mostly, it is just manual work and talking to vendors who drive in from the city. If you ever walk through the institute, you will likely see us near the back where the loading docks are. It is a lot of paperwork and physical labor, but it keeps the place going. We do not really have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It is a straightforward job and we like the routine of it all in this part of Karnataka. It works for the team.
