Store Incharg

If you’ve been to the Forum Mall in Koramangala, you might have seen us. We are the ones running the Rajdhani Restaurant, specifically at Transit Shop No. 4. My title says Store Incharg, which basically means I'm the one making sure the kitchen has what it needs and the floor is clean. Koramangala is always moving, and being in the mall means we see a huge mix of people every day. We do thalis, mostly. It’s a lot of small bowls and people coming in for a big meal. The kitchen gets really hot, especially during the lunch rush on weekends when the mall is packed. We don't have a fancy corporate office; our office is a small desk tucked away in the back of the restaurant. We spend our time checking the quality of the vegetables and making sure the staff is ready for the next shift. It’s loud, it’s busy, and sometimes we run out of something and have to scramble to get it. That’s just the restaurant life. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we have regulars who come in every week. We don't do anything too complicated, just traditional food served the way it should be. The address is Bangalore -29, and if you're wandering around the food court area, you’ll find us easily. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we like the energy and the smells of the food.
