St.Mark'S Hotel

We are located at 333, I Main, in the Cambridge Layout area of Bangalore. This part of Karnataka has a specific feel to it, a bit older and more settled than the newer parts of the city. Our hotel has been sitting on this corner for quite some time. It’s a big building, and there is always something going on inside. Whether it’s the kitchen getting ready for breakfast or the cleaning staff moving through the halls, the place feels alive. We don’t have those scripted greetings you hear in those big international chains. We just say hello and help you with your bags. The rooms are kept clean, and we try to make sure the water is hot when it needs to be. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We have a lot of regulars who come back because they like the neighborhood. Cambridge Layout is nice for walking around in the evening when the sun isn't so sharp. We spend our shifts checking people in, answering the phone, and making sure the lobby looks decent. It's a lot of walking up and down stairs and talking to guests about where to find a good meal nearby. It’s honest work and we like the people we meet. Every day is a little different depending on who walks through the front door. We just try to keep things running smoothly.
