Working at Stivat Inc. means being right near the ITPL back gate in Whitefield. If you've ever been to Bangalore, you know that area is always moving. We are in the Kemapih Building, number 124, in Agrahara. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the tech companies around us, but we try to keep things a bit more relaxed in our own space. The building has its quirks, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. We mostly spend our time staring at screens and making sure things are running the way they should. It’s not a place with bean bags or free snacks; it’s just a practical office where we get things done. We see the commuters rushing past every morning while we settle in with our coffee. Pattandur is an interesting neighborhood because you see the old parts of the city mixing with the new buildings. Sometimes it’s dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We just focus on the task at hand. There isn't any big story about how we started or where we are going. We are just here in Whitefield, doing our job day by day. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we work at Stivat. It’s straightforward. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We appreciate the routine and the familiar faces in the building.
