We are located in Bangalore and we've been helping people with their travel plans for quite some time now. Stic Travels isn't a new name in the city. We work out of our office here, dealing with everything from flight bookings to visa help. Bangalore is a city that’s always moving, so we stay pretty busy. We have a small team of people who know their way around travel itineraries and airline systems. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just staring at screens and waiting for confirmations. We handle a lot of phone calls from people who are trying to figure out where they need to be and when. Sometimes the rules change and we have to spend the whole day fixing things. There is no fancy showroom here, just a functional space where we get the job done. People come to us when they don't want to deal with the online booking sites themselves. Knowing the local area and the travel business helps a lot. It's about being reliable and making sure the tickets are actually valid. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of requests we get every morning. It’s a steady job and we’ve seen all sorts of travel issues over the years. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with whatever the next trip requires from us.
