Our office at Stic Travels is located at Door Number 8 on 3rd Cross, Masjid Street in the JC Nagar area of Bangalore. This is a very lively neighborhood, and we are right in the thick of it. The street is always full of people and the sounds of the local market nearby. Our building is a simple, older structure that fits right into the surroundings. Inside, we have a few desks where we handle all the travel bookings and paperwork. The walls have some travel posters that have started to fade a bit over the years, and our shelves are packed with files and old guides. We don't have a big, shiny reception area; instead, you just walk in and see us working. The air is often filled with the smell of food from the nearby stalls, which is nice when lunch time rolls around. We spend most of our day on the phone or typing away at our computers, trying to get the best routes and prices for everyone. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the backup to kick in, but that is just part of life here. We have a small group of staff who have worked together for a long time, so we all get along well and know how to help each other out. It is a very down-to-earth place where we just focus on doing a good job for the people who trust us with their travel plans.
