Sterling&Wilson Pvt. Ltd

Our office for Sterling&Wilson Pvt. Ltd is on 6/1, 3rd Main in Bangalore. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We have been at this location for years, and the building has become a familiar place for all of us who work here. It is an engineering setup, so expect to see a lot of wires, diagrams, and people looking very intensely at their screens. We deal with a lot of infrastructure and power-related projects. It’s the kind of work that is mostly invisible to the public but very important for things to run right. We aren't a big corporate headquarters with a lobby and a fountain. We are just a team of engineers and support staff working in a standard office building. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we make it work. The 3rd Main area is convenient because there are plenty of places to grab a quick coffee or tea nearby. We spend our weeks managing schedules, checking technical drawings, and making sure the field teams have what they need. It is a lot of coordination and technical double-checking. We just try to keep things moving forward and handle any problems as they come up throughout the day. The traffic outside is constant, but inside we just focus on the job at hand.
