Sterling & Wilson

We’ve got our office for Sterling & Wilson over at 517, Kpcl Layout. This is in the Kasavanhalli area of Bangalore, with the post office being Carmelaram P.O. Bangalore is famous for its traffic, and Kasavanhalli is no different; it takes a while to get here some days. The office itself is tucked away in the layout. It’s a decent-sized space because we have a lot of equipment and files to manage. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks; we prefer being in a more regular neighborhood like this. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a while. We do a lot of technical and engineering-type work, so you’ll see people carrying rolls of drawings or looking at technical specs on their monitors. It’s not a quiet place; there’s always someone talking on the phone or a discussion going on about a project. The building is functional. We have a small break area where we get coffee and talk about the weekend. It feels like a real workplace, with a bit of mess here and there because we’re actually doing things. We don't go for the corporate look with matched furniture or anything. We just use what works. Being near Carmelaram makes it easy for some of the staff who live in the suburbs. It’s a straightforward, busy office in a growing part of the city.
