Sterling And Wilson is based in Jayanagar 8th Block, on 45th Cross. The address is 102/2. It’s a pretty quiet street compared to the main roads in Bangalore. we have a small office on the first floor. It’s mostly filled with desks and a lot of paper. We do electrical and engineering work, so there are always rolls of drawings and technical manuals lying around. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought it over several years as we needed more space. We have a small kitchen area where the sink always seems to have a few unwashed cups. No one really likes doing the dishes. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't have a formal dress code or anything. Most days I just wear a polo shirt and jeans. Jayanagar is a nice place to work because of the trees and the small parks nearby. Sometimes we go for a walk during lunch to get away from the screens.
