Our spot at No.4A/1A isn't flashy. We’ve been here for a bit, doing our thing day in and day out. It’s mostly about the work and the people we see every morning. The office has that lived-in feel, with stacks of papers and desks that have seen better days. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. It’s more about getting the tasks done. Most of us take the bus or ride in, dealing with the Bangalore traffic like everyone else. During lunch, we usually head out to one of the small places nearby for some quick food. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first arrived, more buildings and more noise. Still, inside the office, it’s just the usual routine. We talk about the projects, have a bit of a laugh when things go right, and grumble a little when they don't. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have those fancy break rooms you see in movies. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. It works for us. Finding the place can be tricky for first-timers because of the narrow streets, but once you’re here, it’s pretty straightforward.
