You can find Stepsworth It Solutions Private Limited on the 6th floor of the M/S Balaji Builders building. We are located at 1/3F1Cc in Hagadur Colony, which is part of the Whitefield area in Bangalore. Being on the 6th floor gives us a pretty good view of the neighborhood, which is nice when we need a break from looking at the computer screen all day. Whitefield is a hectic place, but Hagadur Colony feels a bit more like a real neighborhood to us. We’ve been here for a bit now, setting up our office to be a place where we can actually get work done without too many distractions. It’s mostly just rows of computers and a small area where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout for the legs. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in the building. The team is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves during the day. We handle IT stuff, which can be frustrating when things don't work, but we stay patient. It’s just a regular office with regular people trying to make a living in 560066. We’re glad to be here.
