I'm Stephen, and I've got this small place over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Specifically, we're located on 2nd Cross. It's a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on right outside the front door. I moved into this spot a few years back because it seemed like a good area. The space inside isn't very huge, but it's enough for what I need to do. Most days, I'm here early in the morning, getting things ready for the day ahead. It's a bit of a maze here in BTM if you don't know the streets, but 2nd Cross is easy enough to find once you get your bearings. I don't have a big team or anything like that. It's just a couple of us making sure everything runs okay. We don't go in for all those fancy business talks or polished presentations. We just do the work and hope it’s what people need. The rent in BTM keeps going up, but I like the location too much to think about leaving. You can hear the motorcycles on the main road if we leave the windows open. Sometimes I bring my own lunch from home and eat it at the back desk. It's a quiet life, mostly. People stop in because they saw the name on the door or a friend told them. I try to stay organized, but it gets messy. It's just a normal day-to-day operation here.
