We are at Kavil House in the P.O. Kainoor area of Trichur. It’s a quiet place to have an office, tucked away from the main noise of the city. We handle travel and destination management, which basically means we help people figure out their trips and how to get around. It’s not a big corporate setup with dozens of floors. We just work out of this house. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We have a few desks and some computers where we track bookings and talk to drivers. Trichur is a good place to be because there is always something going on with festivals and people traveling through. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the locals know where to find us if they need help with a journey. We don't really use any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just do the work and try to make sure everything goes as planned for the people who hire us. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and it gets a bit hectic, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We know the local roads and the best ways to get from one place to another, which is why people come to us. We just keep our heads down and do our best every single day.
