St Joseph Iti

Our place is located in Bangalore 560001, and it's been a fixture here for quite some time. St Joseph Iti is focused on the practical side of things. We have workshops where people learn how to work with their hands and use different tools. It's not the kind of place where you just sit and listen to lectures all day long. There is a lot of grease and dust sometimes, but that is just how it goes when you are learning a trade. The building is a bit old, so it has that specific smell of metal and machinery. We have a lot of different people coming through our doors, all looking to learn a skill that can get them a job. The instructors have been doing this for years and they don't have much patience for laziness. You have to put in the work if you want to get anywhere. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months in Bangalore. We have some basic facilities, nothing too modern, but the equipment is what matters. Most of our students are local guys from around the city. We open early in the morning and the noise of the machines starts pretty much right away. It's a busy, working environment every single day of the week. The gate at the front sticks a bit in the rain, so you have to give it a good push.
