We spend our time looking over site reports and talking to engineers. Building stuff is a slow process and it takes a lot of patience, which we have learned over the years. We don’t go for flashy ads or try to sound more important than we are. Mostly, it is just about making sure the columns are straight and the roofs don’t leak. We have worked on a lot of different projects, some big and some small, but the approach is usually the same. We show up, we look at the plans, and we try to make sure everything stays on track. There are always challenges, like rain stopping work or deliveries being late, but that is just part of the job. Our staff has been around for a long time and we know how to handle the ups and downs of the industry. We just want to build things that last and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We usually eat our lunch together and talk about how the city is changing so fast around Shivananda Circle.
