S.R.S Travels has its office on 7th Cross in Bangalore. We are located at number 20. It is a very busy street, but we have grown to like the energy here. We handle travel bookings and bus schedules and things of that nature. Karnataka is such a large state, so there is always someone who needs to go somewhere else. We are not a fancy new startup. We have been around for a long time. Our office is very basic and simple. We have a few computers and some plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait. We use a Gmail account for our business because it is easy and it works. You can find that email on our business cards. The 560048 area is our home base. We see a lot of traffic and noise outside, but that is just what Bangalore is like these days. We do not spend our money on big advertisements. We just focus on getting people from one place to another. It is a lot of phone calls and checking the bus timings. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bus being late, and we have to work to fix it. That is just part of the business. We are just regular people doing a job. We do not have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the tickets are printed and the seats are ready for the passengers.
