Sr.Recruiter

I am a senior recruiter working out of J.P. Nagar in Bangalore. The office is located at 581 Shakambarinagar, specifically on the 13th Main in the 1st Phase. It is a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. 560078 is the area code here. I spend most of my day on the phone or looking at emails. There are a lot of people looking for work and companies looking for people, and I am just in the middle of it all. It is a lot of talking and sorting through resumes. I have been doing this for a long time now. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the shops or heading home. It can get a bit loud with the traffic, but you get used to it. I do not have a big team or a fancy lobby. It is just a workspace where I get things done. I try to stay honest with people about what is available. Recruiting is a tough business sometimes, but it is what I know. I keep my files organized and try to keep up with the messages. It is a practical way to work. People drop by sometimes, but mostly it is all digital these days. I am just here in Shakambarinagar, trying to make the right connections for people. It is steady work and I have been at it for years.
