We are based out in Bangarpet Taluk, specifically in the Kolar District. Our office is at 25 Perumal Illam, which is right behind the saw mill in Kuvempu Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk into the Dasarahosahally Extension, but it’s a quiet area compared to the city. Having the saw mill right behind us means there’s often the sound of machinery in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small local team working right here where we live. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork or meeting people who live in the surrounding areas. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into an office space. It works well for us because it’s easy for people in the neighborhood to find. We’ve seen Kolar change quite a bit, but our corner of it stays pretty much the same. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We like the pace of life here. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about being here and doing what we said we’d do. That’s how we’ve always run things in our small corner.
