My name is Srivatsa and I run my business from 1132 on the 5th Main Road in Prakash Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, so a lot of my customers are actually my neighbors. I started doing this because I always liked taking things apart to see how they worked. Now, people bring me their phones when they stop working or the screens get smashed. The shop is part of my daily life here on the 5th Main Road. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy counter, just a solid workbench and the tools I’ve collected over the years. Some days are really busy with people dropping by on their way home from work, and other days are a bit slower. I like the balance. Prakash Nagar is a nice place to work, and being on the Main Road makes it easy for people to spot the house number. I try to be helpful and give people advice on how to keep their phones running longer. It isn't a corporate setup at all; it’s just me working on devices. If I don't know how to fix something, I'll say so. Most of the time though, I can figure it out. It’s just about being patient and having a steady hand. I’ve been at this address for quite a long time now and I plan to stay for as long as I can. It is good to be able to help people stay connected to their families.
