We have been sitting here at Srivari Tours And Travels in HSR Layout for a while now. Our office is right on the ground floor on 5th Main, Sector 7. If you know Paratha Plaza, we are just next to that spot. It is a busy area but we like it here. People usually just walk in when they need a car for a trip or maybe a quick drop to the airport. We handle those kinds of bookings every day. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the traffic outside, but that is just Bangalore for you. We keep things pretty simple. There are no big fancy signs, just us at our desks. When someone calls, we check the schedule and see what's available. It’s mostly local trips or maybe outstation stuff if that's what is needed. We know the roads around here quite well. We have been in this spot for some time, so the neighbors know us. Usually, it's just about getting the timing right for the pickups. We don't do much fancy talk, just give the details of the vehicle and the price. If the driver is free, we send him over. Most days are just about managing the phone calls and making sure the cars are where they should be. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening.
