Srivan Properties is based out of the Kumar Mensation Building in Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are quite close to the BDA Complex, which is where everyone goes for their errands around here. It’s a good spot to be because there’s always something happening. Our office is a simple place. We have some chairs for people to sit while we talk about land or buildings. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in town, just a reliable one for the people who live in this part of Banashankari. The building itself has been around for a while, and it has that lived-in feel. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps or walking around different sites. It’s not just sitting behind a desk all day. You have to get out and see things for yourself. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who’ve known us for years. We talk about the market, but in a way that makes sense, not with a bunch of jargon. Sometimes we just chat about how much the area has grown since the BDA Complex was built. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the pace of it. We keep our files organized and our door open for anyone who wants to stop by and ask a question. No pressure, just a normal business doing its part in the community. We've seen a lot of people move in and out of here.
