Srinivasa Reddy

We are over here in Bommanahalli at the Maathru Chaya Building. It’s a busy spot near Virat Nagar. I’m Srinivasa Reddy and I spend most of my time right here in the office. This part of town has grown a lot lately. There’s always trucks and bikes moving past outside. The building itself is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been set up here for some time now and it suits us just fine. I don’t like complicated things so I keep the way we work pretty basic. People come in and talk to us about what they need and we see what we can do. It’s not like those big corporate places where you can’t talk to anyone. Here, you just walk in. I usually start my day early before the heat gets too bad. The tea stall nearby is where I get my morning start. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens because I like writing things down rather than using the computer for everything. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy but that’s just Bangalore for you. We just keep the door open and keep working through it. I’ve known the people in this building for years and we all help each other out when needed. It’s a good community to be a part of and I plan on staying right here for a long time.
