Srinivasa Estates

We are based out of Ulsoor, specifically at 121 on the 18th Main in HAL 2nd Stage. It’s a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of the city, and we really enjoy working in this neighborhood. We handle property matters around here, mostly helping people find a place to stay or managing some of the local sites for owners who aren't around. It’s not like those big real estate firms you see on TV; it’s more about knowing the streets and the people who live on them. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one property to another or meeting someone at a coffee shop nearby to talk about a lease or a repair. Our office is a quiet little place where we keep all the files and maps. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming with all the different rules and regulations, but we just take it one page at a time. People come to us because they know we’ve been in the HAL 2nd Stage area for a while and we know which buildings are good and which ones might have issues with the plumbing or the neighbors. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch, we just show you what's available and let you decide for yourself. It’s a steady way of working, and we like being part of the Ulsoor community. The 18th Main is a busy road, but it's where we feel most at home.
