Our space is functional and mostly filled with computers and whiteboards. We use the whiteboards a lot to figure out consultancy problems and map out technology stuff. There are no fancy lounges or gaming rooms here. We mostly just sit at our desks and work through the day. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunches together. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't spend money on expensive marketing or big launch events. We prefer to just stay under the radar and help the people who reach out to us. The streets around here can get crowded with shoppers and traffic, so we usually try to get in early to beat the rush. It’s a good location because there are plenty of banks and shops nearby if we need to run errands during the day. We’ve been operating this way for quite a while now. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just know what needs to be done when we show up in the morning.
