Srilankan Airlines

We’re located at Adarsh Nivas on Sacred Hearts Road. It’s in the Krishnarajapuram area of Bangalore, zip code 560036. This isn't one of those shiny airport offices. It’s a regular building where we handle things for Srilankan Airlines. The road outside can get quite busy, especially with the K.R. Puram traffic being what it is. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors know us. The office is pretty straightforward. We have our computers and desks, and we spend the day helping people with their flight details or whatever else they need. It’s not a place for lounging around. We stay busy with the phones and the walk-ins. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a few people arrive at once, but we manage. We don’t use any corporate talk or big slogans. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, which many of them are. Being based in K.R. Puram means we’re away from the main city center, which actually makes it easier for folks on this side of town to reach us. We like the local vibe of the street. There’s a lot of life happening right outside the door. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the tickets and the plans are all in order before we lock up for the day.
