You can find our office at Cears Plaza, which is room 201A. It’s on Residency Road in Bangalore, specifically at number 136. It’s a busy part of the city, right in the heart of everything. Smitha is usually the one handling things here for Srilankan Airlines. The building itself is one of those older commercial plazas where lots of different businesses are tucked away. It can be a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but once you find the second floor, we’re right there. We deal with a lot of flight inquiries and people trying to sort out their travel plans to the island. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. The traffic on Residency Road is usually pretty bad, so we hear the horns honking all day long through the windows. It’s just the reality of working in central Bangalore. We don’t have any flashy displays or big signs, just a functional space where the work gets done. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and talking to passengers who need help with their bookings. It’s steady work. We try to keep things organized despite how hectic the travel industry can get sometimes. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything to keep the office running.
