My name is Sridhar Babu and I run my business out of a small space in Balepet. You can find me at No.6 on Hoovadigara Lane, which is very close to the Chickpet Police Station. This area is always crowded and noisy, but that is just the way it is in this part of the city. I have been working from this location for quite a while now. It is a traditional old building and the lanes are narrow, so getting around can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. People usually find me through word of mouth or because they are already in the market for something else. I do not have a big team or a corporate setup, it is just me and a couple of others handling the daily tasks. We deal with various local trade matters and help out the people who walk through the door. It is the kind of place where you sit down and have a chat while finishing the work. There are no fancy decorations or waiting rooms here, just a desk and some chairs. The business has its ups and downs depending on the season and the local market trends. Most of the other shop owners nearby are like friends now since we see each other every day. If you are ever navigating through the busy streets of Chickpet, you will probably end up near my lane. It is a practical way to earn a living in a part of town that never sleeps. I do not bother with fancy signs or online profiles because most of my business comes from people who have known me for years.
