If you are looking for our office, we are at 36 Vishveshwaraiah Puram on Sajjan Road. It is easy to find because we are directly opposite Ramesh Eye Clinic, which everyone in the area knows. We have a small space here where we manage the bookings and keep track of where the cars are. It is usually a bit cramped with all the logs and keys on the wall. The phone rings a lot, especially early in the morning when people are trying to catch rides. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. The street outside stays busy with people going to the clinic or walking to the nearby shops. We keep a few chairs for people who want to sit and wait while we sort out their travel plans. It is not a fancy place, just a simple room with some maps and a calendar. Sometimes the internet is slow or a driver gets stuck in traffic, and we have to shuffle things around quickly. That is just the nature of this business. We have been at this same address for years and know most of the people on the block. It is a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the schedules right and making sure the cars show up when they are supposed to. No bells or whistles here, just a local travel desk.
