Sri Vignesh Travels

Down in Basavanagudi, you can find us at 37 South End Road. Sri Vignesh Travels has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Being in B Gudi is great because there is so much history around us, though the traffic on South End Road can be a bit much during the rush hour. We spend a lot of our time managing car schedules and talking to drivers. Our office is small and functional, mostly just a place to keep the keys and the logbooks. We start our days very early, often before the sun is even up, because that is when the first trips usually head out. It is a bit of a juggling act sometimes, making sure every vehicle is where it needs to be. We know the roads around here very well, from the narrow lanes to the main junctions. People stop by all the time to ask about rates or just to check if a car is available for the weekend. We keep things simple and don't use any complicated systems. It is mostly about writing things down in the register and making sure the drivers are ready. The neighborhood has a very traditional feel, and we like that. We are just a local travel shop trying to help people get from one place to another. You will usually find one of us sitting at the front desk with a cup of coffee, watching the buses go by on the road outside.
