Sri Vengneshwar Real Estate is located at 839 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. It’s a busy area and we are right in the middle of all the action. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses and apartments. We look at land around here too. The office is usually filled with maps. There are documents scattered across the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone. We also go out to show people different spots in BTM. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting around for people who might be late. Some deals don’t quite go through. 2nd Stage is always full of traffic. We spend a good chunk of time just moving around the neighborhood. Our place is just a simple office. We keep track of what’s available and what people are looking for. We’ve seen BTM Layout grow a lot over the years. It’s always changing. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful with all the paperwork. The legal side of things can be a headache. We just take it one step at a time. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting in the office. We answer calls and try to help people find a place that works for them. We’ve been at this spot for a while. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the local market.
