Commericial Real Estate

Our office is at 56 Narasimharaja Road, right across from the Naaz Complex. It’s an old part of the city, and the building we are in has been around for a long time. Commericial Real Estate is the name we use, and we’ve been here at this address for many years. The traffic on NR Road is almost always heavy, and there is a constant sound of horns and people talking outside. Being opposite Naaz Complex makes it very easy for people to find us, as everyone knows that landmark. The office itself is quite traditional. We have old wooden desks and cabinets that are full of records and maps. It’s not the kind of place with modern glass walls; it feels much more lived-in and real. We spend our days meeting with local shop owners and people looking for space in the central business district. There is a lot of history in this neighborhood, and we like being part of it. We usually have some tea or coffee ready for anyone who stops by to chat about property. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files, but it’s our home base. We know the streets around here very well and can tell you which building has been empty for months and which one just got sold. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, the old-fashioned way. We just take things one day at a time here.
