We are located at 14 Ashok Nagar on Mutha Road. Our office is on the 1st floor, right next to the Taipan Restaurant. If you can find the restaurant, you’ve found us. It’s a pretty good spot because everyone knows that place. We’ve been dealing with property and investments from here for a long time. The office is comfortable but not fancy. We have some old filing cabinets and a big table where we look at maps and papers. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and paperwork, so we just try to keep it as simple as we can. We aren't big-shot investors in suits. We’re just local folks who know the Ashok Nagar area and what’s available. Sometimes we’re out looking at sites, so the office might be locked for an hour or two. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you call and we don't answer, we're probably just on the other line or driving somewhere. People come to us because they want someone who knows the neighborhood. We don't use any high-pressure sales stuff. We just show you what’s there and let you decide. It’s a steady business and we’ve seen the prices go up and down over the years. It’s just how it goes. If you need to talk about property, come by Mutha Road and head upstairs.
