Ashed Properties Investments Pvt Ltd is located right on Mahathma Gandhi Road. Specifically, we are at 807 on the 8th floor. The building is situated on the Link Road and is right next to the newspaper office, which makes it pretty easy to find if you know the area. Being up on the 8th floor means we are away from the street noise, even though MG Road is one of the busiest spots in the city. It’s a regular office setup with desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets scattered around. We spend a lot of our time looking at property details and making phone calls. It’s not a very glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The view from the window is mostly other tall buildings and the tops of trees. We’ve been in this location for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. New shops and cafes are always opening up. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of decorations. Most of our focus is just on the paperwork and the day-to-day tasks that come with managing investments. People come in for meetings now and then, but mostly it's just the staff here working through their lists. It’s a straightforward environment where we get things done without making a big deal about it. The commute can be a bit long because of the traffic, but we've gotten used to it.
