Sri Tech Solutions

Our business, Sri Tech Solutions, is located in Vidyaranyapura at a place called Mathapita Krupa. It’s a local neighborhood spot, nothing like the big IT parks you see elsewhere. We deal with various technical issues and computer-related stuff. Most of our work is just helping people get their systems running right. We aren't a massive firm; it’s just a small group of us who know our way around hardware and software. The office is inside a building that feels more like a home than a workplace. We like it that way because it’s comfortable. Vidyaranyapura is a bit far out for some, but it’s a good place to live and work. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People usually find us through their friends or neighbors. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and trying to find parts for old machines. It can be frustrating when something doesn’t want to work, but we stick with it. We don't use any fancy jargon when talking to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a simple way to run things. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. We’ve been here for a while and plan on staying as long as people need their tech sorted. The rain can be a bit loud on the roof here.
