Our travel office is located in Banashankari 1st Stage, right in the Sita Ram Bazar area. It’s a lively part of town with a lot of shops and people moving about. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this spot for a good while. Whether it’s a bus ticket or a longer trip, we just handle the booking stuff. The office is small and usually has a few posters on the walls of places people like to visit. It’s not a fancy setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport folks. Sometimes things get a bit messy with schedules changing, but we do what we can to fix it. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us here in the bazaar. We know the local families and they know where to find us when they want to go somewhere. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is mostly how people hear about us. We just try to be honest about the prices and the timings. It’s a busy life, especially during the holiday seasons. We just keep the records straight and make sure everyone gets their tickets on time. It’s a simple business and we like being part of the community here. Helping people see new places is just what we do every day without overcomplicating things.
