Sri Rathnagiri Travels

We are located over in Malleswaram West, specifically at 109/9 on 8th Main, right near 18th Cross. It's a busy little corner of the world, and we've been operating out of here for quite some time now. Being in a place like Malleswaram, you get to know the locals really well, and we've seen kids grow up and start their own families while we've been here. Our days are mostly spent managing bookings and making sure the vehicles are ready to go when people need them. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer ones too, depending on what people are asking for. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a small office where we handle the phones and talk to the drivers about their routes. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple trips are starting at once, and the street outside gets crowded with people waiting. The 18th Cross area is pretty well-known, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have used us before and told their neighbors. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a car is running late because of the Bangalore traffic or a flat tire, we just tell it like it is and try to find another way. It's a lot of work keeping everything on track, but it's what we know how to do even when things get difficult.
