Sri Nivas Lans Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is located in Tmc House. You can find us right opposite the bus stand on Station Road. Being near the bus stand means it is always noisy and there are always people moving about. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. Tmc House isn't the newest building on the block, but it's convenient for everyone because of the buses and the trains nearby. Our office is on one of the upper floors. We don't have a lot of space, but we've organized it so we can get our work done. We deal with biotech stuff, which means there are often some lab samples or specialized equipment lying around. We aren't a massive company with a fancy lobby. When you walk in, you’re likely to see someone hunched over a microscope or typing away at a computer. We don’t have a dress code; we just wear whatever is comfortable for work. The traffic on Station Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later to let it clear out. We get our lunch from the small shops downstairs. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. We just do our research and handle our business from this little spot in Tmc House. It's practical and it works for what we need to do.
