Sri Nandi Tele Media is based at 34/c in the Gyan Nagar Society, which is near the Mariyappa Palya Bus stop in Rajajinagar. We’ve been in this spot for several years now, dealing with all the cables and equipment that come with this kind of work. The office is right in the middle of a residential society, so it’s easy for people living nearby to find us if they have a problem with their connection. Rajajinagar is a busy area, but our little corner is usually a bit quieter unless there’s a big repair going on. We have wires and tools lying around quite often because that’s just the nature of the job. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. Our staff is mostly out on the field, climbing poles or checking lines, so the office is often just one or two people handling phone calls. We deal with the usual stuff like rain causing signal drops or cables getting cut by mistake during road work. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a waiting room. People just walk in, tell us what’s wrong, and we add it to our list for the day. It’s a practical, local operation through and through. We just focus on getting things fixed so the neighborhood stays connected without too much trouble.
