You can find us at number 12 in the Shivshakti Industrial Estate. We are directly across from Meenakshi Steels in Phase I of New Thippasandra. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of heavy work going on around us. You’ll hear the sound of trucks and metal moving all day. Sri Meenakshi Gold Covering & Fancy Store is a bit of a contrast to all that heavy stuff. We have jewellery and fancy items that people come looking for when they have a function or a wedding to go to. It’s a small shop and we try to keep it as neat as we can, but with all the dust from the industrial area, it’s a constant job. My wife helps out with the customers while I handle the stock and the bills. We have been in this spot for a few years now and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. We often share a cup of coffee in the afternoons when things slow down a bit. It’s not a high-end boutique by any means. It’s just a place where people can find something nice without having to go all the way to the big markets. We keep things straightforward and don't make a big fuss about anything. It’s just a small family-run business trying to do our part in the neighborhood. We show up every day and keep at it.
